Base Computers is a sourcing service based in Shenzhen, China. Our sales team uses the information you submit to discuss your PC, Mac peripheral or connectivity procurement request.
Information you provide
The form asks for your name, email address, product family, quantity and permission to respond. You may also provide company, destination, device details, specifications, packaging needs and a message. Please leave out passwords, payment information and other sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
We use these details to understand your request, contact you, discuss sourcing options and follow up on the proposed purchase. The form sends the inquiry to the sales team by email. It does not add you to a marketing list.
Security verification and delivery
Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information about the request and browser for verification. The website backend uses an email service to deliver your inquiry to the sales mailbox. Your information is therefore processed by the infrastructure and mailbox providers that support this workflow.
Storage and operational records
The website does not create a separate inquiry database. Submitted inquiries are retained in the sales mailbox for the business conversation and related records. Operational logs can contain request metadata and an inquiry reference; the application does not log the message contents or your contact details.
Your choices
You can choose which optional details to provide. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, use the inquiry form and describe your request. We may need to confirm your identity before changing or disclosing a record.
Cookies and analytics
This website has no advertising or third-party analytics integration. The security verification service can process browser and device signals as part of protecting the form.
