Record target resolution, refresh rate, number of displays and any audio requirements. Ask for compatibility confirmation for the complete setup.
Explain the installation
Describe cable length, routing, available power and whether an adapter is needed. Ask the supplier to confirm directionality and any additional requirements.
Verify with the intended equipment
Agree how the proposed product will be checked with your host and display before approving a larger order.
